Since our items are perishable food products, we follow a strict no-return and no-exchange policy — except in rare cases of damage, incorrect, or spoiled products.
1. Returns

We do not accept returns once an order has been delivered, as our sweets and snacks are made fresh for every order.

If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or spoiled item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

You can reach us via WhatsApp, email, or phone call with your order number and clear images of the issue for verification.
2. Refunds

Once your complaint is verified, we may issue a full or partial refund, or arrange a replacement — depending on the situation.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

If your payment was made through UPI, card, or wallet, the timeline may vary based on your bank’s policies.
3. Cancellations

Orders once placed cannot be canceled after being confirmed, as sweets are made fresh immediately after order confirmation.

For bulk or custom orders, cancellations are only accepted within 12 hours of placing the order and before preparation begins.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds or replacements will not be provided for:
